About the position
The Business Process Analyst at UnitedHealth Group plays a crucial role in supporting the maintenance and improvement of various Rally products. This position involves serving as a subject matter expert (SME) and resource for operations, collaborating across departments and with leadership to enhance technology and processes. The analyst will lead a small team and be responsible for guiding process improvements that directly impact health outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Create, control, and improve end-to-end business processes
- Lead process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities
- Analyze and investigate business processes
- Provide explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
- Use pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems
- Investigate non-standard requests and problems with assistance from others
- Work exclusively within a specific knowledge area
- Prioritize and organize own work to meet deadlines
- Provide explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
- 2+ years of experience with business analysis and process improvement
- 2+ years of experience with the Rally product
- 1+ years of specific experience with documenting processes and practices
- 1+ years of experience with MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
