About The Position
TEKsystems is seeking a highly skilled Business Process Data Architect to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving cloud modernization and mainframe modernization initiatives, as well as developing a robust data strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data architecture and business processing, with the ability to transform existing and manual legacy data processes into streamlined, efficient workflows. In this position, you will be responsible for data curation and presentation, requiring a deep understanding of mainframe processes to effectively manage and interpret the data entering the system. A solid foundation in data engineering is essential, with proficiency in SQL, Oracle, Teradata, SAP, and modern data engineering tools such as SSIS and Informatica. Familiarity with SQL Server and Lean Six Sigma methodologies will also be beneficial. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience working with cloud technologies, specifically Azure. An Azure certification is highly desirable, and we expect the successful candidate to obtain this certification within the first six months of employment. You will work with specific Azure tools, including Azure Data Factory, Eventing, and Serverless technologies, to enhance our data architecture and processing capabilities.
