About the position
The Business Process Improvement (BPI) Intern role at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is designed for individuals looking to engage in strategic operational initiatives that drive transformation and growth. This internship, lasting 10-12 weeks, offers a project-based work assignment where interns will work closely with various HPE businesses and functional organizations to solve complex business challenges and improve processes. Interns will act as trusted advisors, leading cross-functional programs and fostering collaboration to implement sustainable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Work across HPE businesses and functional organizations as a trusted advisor/consultant.
- Lead cross-functional transformation programs, defining opportunities and implementing optimal solutions.
- Foster organization-wide collaboration to solve complex business problems.
- Re-engineer processes to improve delivery, reduce complexity, and sustain change.
- Apply frameworks and best practices to evaluate and govern programs from inception to integration.
- Translate stakeholder needs to align on priorities and define improvement opportunities.
- Execute change management initiatives to support strategy and process changes.
- Communicate program updates to key stakeholders in a timely and engaging manner.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies.
