About the position

The Business Process Leader - Dept. Manager 14 position serves as a first-line professional manager within the Office of Retirement Services (ORS) at the Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB). This role is responsible for providing leadership and project management to meet the growing needs of ORS, fostering a teamwork environment, coaching and mentoring staff, and overseeing various services including document management, security, training coordination, and data support.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and project management for the Office of Retirement Services (ORS).
• Foster a teamwork environment and coach/mentor staff.
• Assign resources and assist with budget decisions.
• Oversee services including document management, security, training coordination, and data support.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of professionals.

Requirements

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major.
• Four years of professional experience, including two years equivalent to the experienced (P11) level or one year equivalent to the advanced (12) level.
