Responsibilities
- Map, analyze, and refine existing business processes to eliminate inefficiencies and redundancies.
- Implement and manage automation tools, focusing 50-60% of your work on AI integration, such as ChatGPT, LLMs, and RPA tools, to elevate workflow efficiency.
- Lead cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring that AI solutions align with business objectives and foster team-wide adoption.
- Establish KPIs and monitor the performance of automated processes, iterating solutions to meet evolving business needs.
- Conduct training and promote a culture of innovation through regular workshops to develop AI competency across teams.
