About the position

The Business Process Manager will play a crucial role in supporting Hulu Marketing with M360, overseeing business finance operations in collaboration with budget owners. This position involves driving strategic initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies, and managing budgets to support business teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee business finance operations in partnership with budget owners (VPs and above).
• Inform budget decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.
• Build monthly and quarterly Forecast or Close reports with written variances on show title fluctuations to Business Finance.
• Manage budgets to ensure SAP actuals spend is accurate and pending invoices are tracked.
• Reconcile forecasts to AOP-approved budgets for M360.
• Ensure vendors are set up in the system and liaise with Accounts Payable (AP) and Procurement.
• Handle purchase order (PO) exceptions.

Requirements

• Intermediate level experience in business management or finance.
• Proficiency in Salesforce to facilitate training on M360.
• Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
