We are looking for experienced SAP S/4HANA experts for the role of Business Process Senior Consultant to work in the Customer facing projects of the Consumer Industries Practice at Cloud ERP, SAP Adoption Services Center. The Business Process Senior Consultant will be part of our teams and involves in helping our Agri Business Industry Customers across the world in their Digital Transformation journey to SAP S/4HANA using our Integrated Delivery Model based services.

Responsibilities

• Focus on SAP's Agribusiness solution offerings, facilitating the implementation and support to enhance the clients' business functionality and overall performance.
• Have deep knowledge and understanding of SAP technical & functional capabilities offered in Agribusiness area as well as Agri Business processes and Agribusiness Industry Best practices.
• Core focus solution is SAP Agricultural Contract Management and its standard Integration with other SAP solution offerings.
• Drive business consulting by translating the customer's vision into solutions.
• Map business processes to solution requirements.
• Help position disruptive business innovation.
• Support the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise.
• Drive change management to achieve business transformation objectives.
• Support end-to-end solution design and configuration across all relevant solutions.
• Participate in transition planning of customer solution landscapes.
• Drive deployment of best practice business processes for specific LoBs or industries.
• Support pre-sales activities.
• Perform solution reviews and feasibility studies.
• Support escalated projects.
• Occasionally take over responsibility as a (sub-)project lead or team lead for a service delivery.
• Support line manager(s) in people development tasks.
• Deliver customer workshops and trainings.
• Support in partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success.
• Introduce SAP and industry leading practices based on pre-existing templates.
• Create project documentation and documentation of delivered services.
• Support the evolution of the relevant section of the services portfolio.
• Support in solution testing and issue resolution.
• Mentor business process consultants.

Requirements

• Graduation from a reputed institute.
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) from reputed institutes preferred.
• Experience as a Business end user role in a reputed customer belonging to Agribusiness Industry.
• Implementation experience of SAP solutions supporting the Agribusiness.
• Good experience in Agribusiness domain gained by leading logistics related functions.
• SAP Certification in one of the SAP Logistics modules like SD, MM or PP is an added advantage.
• Should have been associated with Agri Business Industry customers in IT/Functional areas.
• Very good understanding of SAP Cloud Portfolio and Industry cloud applications.
• Solution architecting abilities in the Agri Business Industry.

Nice-to-haves

• Solution expertise in the areas of SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Plan to Produce.
• Experience in leading the SAP ACM module implementation as a solution lead.
