About the position

The Business Processes Core role involves strategic planning, portfolio management, business development, and strategic transformation to ensure profitable growth for the company. The position focuses on competitor analysis, screening potential mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, as well as developing and improving business processes. The individual will analyze existing processes, conduct risk assessments, and implement compliance measures, all while working with a degree of autonomy and providing informal support to less experienced colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Screen potential mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture candidates.
  • Develop and improve business processes for efficiency.
  • Provide strategic business planning support to business units.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of existing business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Carry out risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in business processes or related fields.
  • Proficiency through formal and job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience.
  • Accountable for the quality of own work and results.
  • Ability to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency.
