About the position

The Business Product Analyst will play a crucial role in the Loss Prevention Global Solution Delivery Team, focusing on managing solutions and technology to enhance safety for associates and customers while preserving company assets. This position involves gathering detailed requirements from stakeholders, refining the team's backlog, and ensuring the functional integrity of the product or solution. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve iteration goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Determine detailed requirements from key stakeholders.
• Contribute to the Loss Prevention team's backlog refinement, including user story point estimation and testing considerations.
• Articulate context around requirements and solutions, building consensus within a stakeholder group.
• Support the product team to achieve iteration goals and objectives.
• Ensure the functional integrity of the product/solution.

Requirements

• 5-10 years' experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Ability to drive conversations with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

• 1-3 years' experience with SAFe framework/Agile delivery method knowledge.
• Experience in the Loss Prevention field.
• Knowledge and experience with Loss Prevention applications and software.
• Familiarity with the retail industry and best practices.
• Experience working with vendors and 3rd party solutions.
