About the position

The Agile Business/Product Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the agile E-mobility incentive projects. This position focuses on ensuring that projects align with business goals and deliver maximum value through effective communication, documentation, and collaboration with stakeholders and the development team.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness.
  • Create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring they are well-understood by the development team.
  • Support agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Assist in prioritizing the product backlog to align with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Analyze data to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Assist in defining and executing test plans to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst/Business Analyst/Scrum Master in an agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in agile tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP).
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Knowledge of E-mobility and electric vehicle charger programs.
