Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to implement technical solutions for the global platform.
• Ensure current technical solutions are aligned with business needs.

• Communicate between technical teams to execute product testing and release.
• Collaborate with technical teams for business solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline required.
• 3+ years of experience with business systems supporting Freight Forwarding / 3PL.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience with JIRA.
• Experience with CargoWise and SAP.

Nice-to-haves

• 1 year of experience with SQL (Preferred).
• 1 year of experience with CargoWise (Preferred).
• 1 year of experience with SAP (Preferred).
