About the position

Responsibilities

• Write user stories and manage change requests.
• Provide production support for contract management processes.

• Create presentations using PowerPoint.
• Utilize Jira for project management and tracking.
• Analyze and test product features, particularly in contract management.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Analyst.
• Proficient in writing user stories and managing change.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
• Experience with Jira for project management.
• Basic understanding of SQL for data analysis.

• Background in primary mortgage processes.
