About the position

The mission of Business Messaging at Meta is to be the primary way that people and businesses communicate, enabling valuable conversations across platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger. We are seeking an experienced Business Product Marketing Manager to join our business product marketing team, specifically focusing on ads that click to WhatsApp. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering market insights, influencing product strategies, and driving comprehensive go-to-market strategies to enhance awareness and adoption of our products. You will collaborate cross-functionally with various partners throughout the company to ensure alignment from inception to launch and beyond, communicating effectively and empathetically with all key stakeholders. As a strategic marketer, you will need to be a self-starter with strong analytical skills, capable of leading complex projects in fast-paced environments. Your responsibilities will include shaping product strategies and roadmaps based on market insights, developing target audiences, and crafting narratives that resonate with those audiences. You will also execute go-to-market strategies that encompass positioning, activation, measurement, asset development, and integrated planning with cross-functional partners. Your ability to navigate a variety of internal and external stakeholders will be crucial in influencing, aligning, and driving execution effectively across the organization. This position requires a proactive approach to adapt to evolving business needs and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels of the organization. Responsibilities

  • Influence and shape product strategies and roadmap based on market insights and experience
  • Lead development of target audiences, positioning, and narratives to support those audiences based on data and insights
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies including positioning, activation, measurement, asset development, and integrated planning with cross-functional partners
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across product and go-to-market teams to drive awareness, adoption, and retention of our solutions
  • Independently navigate a variety of internal and external stakeholders to influence, align, and drive execution
  • Effectively communicate up and across the organization
  • Independently execute with agility to evolve with business needs

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience in technology, strategy, consulting, or marketing related discipline
  • At least 2 years experience working in a product marketing or product management capacity
  • BA/BS degree
  • Communication and cross-functional leadership experience
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience
  • Experience managing complex, fast-paced, and data-driven projects
  • Experience working with a variety of internal teams and stakeholders to understand and solve problems
  • Experience in B2B go-to-market marketing
