We are looking for a Business Product Marketing Manager to lead at the intersection of our Product Management and Brand Partnerships teams. Roblox's Brand Partnerships Team drives innovation, growth and revenue for the company by partnering closely with top global brands and IP holders. In this role, you'll unlock opportunities for our brands to foster brand affinity, engagement, and loyalty through our products and with your customer and product expertise. Role is based in our San Mateo, CA office (days in-office, Tuesday-Thursday).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the launch process and drive the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, messaging, positioning, sales enablement for our suite of ad products.
  • Develop compelling, evergreen product content that educates and inspires brands to activate and advertise on our platform across our business-focused channels (pitch decks, web, newsletters etc.) and industry events.
  • Partner with other PMMs across product groups to build brand-focused messaging and content and ensure that advertiser and brand feedback is shared back and actioned upon by the right product teams.
  • Stay on the pulse of the industry, customer insights and trends to fuel improvement to existing products, inform messaging and how we take products to market.
  • Foster deep cross-collaboration between Brand Partnerships, Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Communications, Events and Creative teams.
  • Become a trusted advisor to these teams.
  • Communicate product details and vision internally and externally.
  • Ensure that all company partners, including executive leadership, are up-to-speed on launch strategy and tactics and that Brand Partners have a smooth onboarding as they invest in advertising on Roblox.

Requirements

  • 6+ years Product Marketing experience with a global technology platform, with a preference for experience in advertising, sales or sales enablement.
  • Proficient in messaging, positioning and marketing/content strategy.
  • Experience leading omnichannel product marketing strategies.
  • Experience driving deep internal partnerships, cross-functional alignment and working with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborative, perpetually curious with an extremely high-level of brand and customer focus.
  • Ability to identify gaps and opportunities and influence relevant teams and executive leadership to reach resolution.
  • Experience presenting at all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.
  • Passionate about supporting new business models and building an advertising business.
