About the position

The Business Product Marketing, Program Manager at Meta is responsible for driving global information technology programs within the business product marketing organization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional partners to enhance impact, efficiency, and effectiveness in alignment with product goals. The manager will oversee program management throughout various phases, ensuring timely delivery of technical solutions and effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Drive global information technology related programs across the business product marketing organization.
  • Define business strategy, governance, and controls across programs.
  • Ensure the team is aware of key milestone dates and communicate issues related to staying on schedule.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end plans and ensure on-time delivery of technical solutions.
  • Provide hands-on program management during all phases of the programs.
  • Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for all programs and tasks assigned.
  • Manage risks and/or issues and take corrective actions.
  • Perform risk management and change management across all programs.
  • Create relationships across teams to move programs forward and resolve open issues.
  • Manage stakeholders' communication effectively.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to define team needs metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Drive continuous operational efficiency and effectiveness to programs and processes.
  • Gather business requirements from key stakeholders and convert them to technical requirements.
  • Lead requirement gathering for internal tooling and maintain internal tooling & process ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology Management, or a related field.
  • Two years of work experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.
  • Experience in driving strategic programs and supporting product roadmapping.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously using program management methodologies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in large organizations.
  • Strong communication skills with technical, business, and senior leadership stakeholders.
  • Experience leading strategic and operational programs.
  • Proficiency with project management software, CRM systems, roadmapping software, design software, and BI & analytics software.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with budgeting and resource allocation across cross-org teams.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Salesforce, Aha Roadmaps, Figma, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
