About the position

The Business Product Marketing, Program Manager at Meta is responsible for driving global information technology programs within the business product marketing organization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional partners to enhance impact, efficiency, and effectiveness in alignment with product goals. The Program Manager will oversee the development and management of comprehensive plans, ensuring timely delivery of technical solutions while managing risks and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

  • Drive global information technology related programs across the business product marketing organization with cross-functional partners.
  • Define business strategy, governance, and controls across programs, including market feedback collection and Go To Market planning.
  • Ensure the team is aware of key milestone dates and communicate issues related to schedule adherence.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end plans to ensure on-time delivery of technical solutions across all programs.
  • Provide hands-on program management during all phases of the programs.
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities and ensure quality assurance for all assigned programs and tasks.
  • Manage risks and issues, taking corrective actions as necessary.
  • Perform risk management and change management across all programs.
  • Create relationships across teams to facilitate program progress and resource allocation.
  • Manage stakeholder communications effectively.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to define metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Drive continuous operational efficiency and effectiveness in programs and processes.
  • Gather business requirements from stakeholders and convert them into technical requirements.
  • Lead requirement gathering for internal tooling and maintain the internal tooling and process ecosystem.
  • Create and maintain program plans, document changes, track progress, and share results with root cause analysis.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology Management, or a related field.
  • Two years of work experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.
  • Experience driving strategic programs, supporting product roadmapping, go-to-market, or product marketing projects with global, cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously using program management methodologies and techniques.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including both technical and non-technical business audiences within large organizations.
