As a Business Program Manager, you will identify, define and design opportunities to support and/or develop new programs or improve current programs. You will define the program strategy including gathering requirements, understanding business strategies and priorities and program risks and mitigation plans. You will advocate for and demonstrate the value of the program through clearly defined metrics in order to gain buy in from stakeholders, partners and customers. You will also monitor programs to ensure all activities align with program objectives and ensures program processes are executed efficiently including change management and/or program improvement efforts. Responsibilities

  • Identify, define and design opportunities to support and/or develop new programs or improve current programs.
  • Define the program strategy including gathering requirements, understanding business strategies and priorities, and program risks and mitigation plans.
  • Advocate for and demonstrate the value of the program through clearly defined metrics to gain buy in from stakeholders, partners, and customers.
  • Monitor programs to ensure all activities align with program objectives and ensure program processes are executed efficiently.
  • Perform program landscape research and analysis to identify audience size and program scope.
  • Collaborate with others to understand overall business goals, objectives, and strategies.
  • Identify current program risks, impact, and mitigation plans in collaboration with others.
  • Evangelize programs to stakeholders, partners, and customers to gain buy in.
  • Leverage data and performance metrics to demonstrate the value of the program and show business impact.
  • Assist others in managing a portfolio of projects including project plans, timelines, milestones, and financial management.

Requirements

  • Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree (or currently pursuing).
