About the position
The Business Program Manager-Vendor AI Solution Delivery at Microsoft is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven solutions within the Operations Service Center. This role focuses on enhancing existing applications and creating new systems using advanced technologies like Copilot and Generative AI (GenAI). The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders across global teams to ensure customer satisfaction and evaluate cost/benefit impacts of the solutions delivered.
Responsibilities
- Oversee existing applications and build new versions of processing systems using cutting-edge technology.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of system initiatives and programs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained during project execution.
- Evaluate cost/benefit impacts of solutions and initiatives.
- Build cross-team coordination to address complex challenges in business and technology integrations.
- Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements and communicate successful features.
- Develop the vision and strategy for impactful solution areas.
- Define and design complex Generative AI and Copilot solutions.
- Translate customer requirements into technical terms for engineering teams.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop roadmaps for solution areas.
- Define success criteria and performance metrics for solutions.
- Conduct user acceptance testing to determine end-user needs and experiences.
- Evaluate the performance of Business Programs against strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in process management, execution, or optimization.
- Experience with data analytics and AI technologies.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in process management or related fields.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile certifications.
