About the position

The Business Project Analyst at Fireline is a key member of the Project Management Office, responsible for supporting the lead Project Manager in various initiatives related to sales and operations. This role involves assisting in the planning, execution, and closure of projects while gathering and analyzing data to identify trends and risks. The analyst will create and maintain project reports, facilitate communication across teams, and ensure quality standards are met, all within a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data related to project performance.
  • Create and maintain project reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes and status reports.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with project goals.
  • Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
  • Evaluate project processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Utilize project management and data analysis tools to support project tasks and reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • High school diploma.
