About the position

The Business Project Analyst at Fireline Corp plays a crucial role in supporting the lead Project Manager within the Project Management Office. This position focuses on enhancing internal project efficiency through data analysis, project planning, and cross-functional collaboration. The analyst will assist in the entire project lifecycle, ensuring quality standards are met while managing software tools used in the organization. This hybrid role allows for both in-office and remote work, making it adaptable to various working styles.

Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data related to project performance.
  • Create and maintain project reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, project plans, and status reports.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with project goals.
  • Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
  • Evaluate project processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Utilize project management and data analysis tools to support project tasks and reporting.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Proven experience in project management or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
