The Business Relations Consultant - Inside Sales role at the Better Business Bureau involves engaging with local businesses to promote BBB Accreditation. Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients through outbound and warm calling to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and manage sales pipelines.
  • Develop rapport with business owners and clearly communicate the value of BBB Accreditation.
  • Manage your BATting (behavior, attitude, technique) average to meet sales minimums.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience is preferred.
  • Experience exceeding sales quotas and meeting KPIs is a must.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls (up to 100+ calls per day).
  • Self-discipline and goal-oriented mindset.
