About the position

The Compliance Business Relationship Manager (CBRM) - Bulk Operations is responsible for establishing strategic relationships within the bulk production business units, focusing on regulatory compliance and efficiency in federal reporting for Delicato Family Wines. This role involves managing the Federal Compliance Bulk Wine Analyst team, developing training programs, and ensuring adherence to industry regulations while fostering a constructive company culture.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusted relationships among bulk production business units focusing on regulatory requirements.
• Manage day-to-day operations and team performance to ensure smooth workflows.
• Develop and align individual goals with departmental operational goals.
• Research best practices and maintain awareness of regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
• Assist in preparing the departmental budget and monitor spending for cost-effective operations.
• Partner with management to determine staffing needs and retain a skilled workforce.
• Provide a safe and rewarding work environment, ensuring completion of monthly safety topics.
• Communicate and support change initiatives effectively to guide the team through transitions.
• Address employee issues confidentially and notify HR as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and initiatives.
• Coach and develop direct reports, engaging in the performance management process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 to 7 years of inventory experience within a regulated industry.
• 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Proficient in desktop applications; MS Office & SAP experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
