About the position

The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) for NetSuite Services at Chetu Inc. is a full-time role focused on selling NetSuite Implementation, Integration, Customization, and Support Services. The BRM will build and maintain strategic relationships with Oracle Sales and Account Managers to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction. This position requires a consultative selling approach and involves significant travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

  • Sell NetSuite Implementation Services, Integration Services, Customization Services, and Support Services.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with Oracle Sales and Account Managers.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and lead generation.
  • Attend and network at business events to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement sales strategies.
  • Work from the Sunrise, Florida office when not traveling.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience selling NetSuite services.
  • Good knowledge of NetSuite products and services.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent formal presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel 25-40% of the time.
  • 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles in technology companies.
  • 7+ years of experience in technology services including software support and managed services.
