Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and establish a positive rapport with every customer
• Provide customers with accurate, complete information regarding products and services to ensure we find the best package to meet their needs
• Identify and generate new sales leads through in-person consultations with customers
• Communicate directly with customers inside a retail store, show product demonstrations, and solve customer's problems that may arise
• Participate and maintain an enthusiastic and positive atmosphere for all customers and Business Sales Associate team members
• Great customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Sales, business, client relations, or account management background is ideal
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Strong communication skills with a patient and helpful attitude
• Enthusiastic, persistent, professional, and engaging with all customers, clients, and team members
• Ability to negotiate new contacts, overturn objections, and achieve projected sales targets
