As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for guiding qualified leads through the sales pipeline, connecting them with Account Managers, and facilitating introductory meetings. You will cultivate relationships with new prospects through strategic phone calls and targeted emails, utilizing state-of-the-art sales sequencing tools to introduce Donnellon McCarthy Enterprises' solutions and identify key decision-makers within the target market. Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve monthly targets, arranging 10-15 successful sales meetings each month. You will proactively prospect by initiating contact with 40-60 prospects daily, conducting comprehensive needs assessments to uncover pain points, and demonstrating how our solutions can address these challenges. Collaboration with decision-makers to understand budgetary constraints and project timelines will also be a key part of your role, as will fostering enduring relationships through timely communications and consistent follow-ups. Additionally, you will manage client data in our sales CRM system, ensuring accurate information and meticulous logging of interactions. This position offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, and bonuses, along with ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow in your career.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Demonstrates a high level of self-motivation.
  • Collaborates effectively within a team and takes initiative when necessary.
  • Driven by a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Previous experience in Business Development, Sales Development Representative roles, or similar positions is advantageous.
