The Business Sales Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales director and the sales team across various markets. This position involves a variety of day-to-day responsibilities, including reviewing paperwork submitted via email, tracking orders on Smartsheet, and verifying documentation before generating customer accounts and orders. The coordinator will also collaborate with the business customer support team and business sales to ensure that all orders are completed in a timely manner, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process. In addition to administrative tasks, the coordinator is expected to attend industry events as needed, train personnel, and assist team members in developing their skills. This role requires a proactive approach to communication and organization, ensuring that all aspects of the sales process are handled smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the industry, excellent time management skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist sales director and sales team in all markets.
  • Review paperwork submitted via email queue and track onto Smartsheet.
  • Verify paperwork prior to generating customer account/order.
  • Work with business customer support team and business sales to ensure all orders are completed in a timely manner.
  • Attend industry events as needed.
  • Train personnel and help team members develop their skills.

Requirements

  • Knowledge to enter orders into NISC and hand off for scheduling and installation.
  • Ability to communicate information effectively.
  • Proven track record of 2-4 years' or equivalent work experience.
  • Business Degree or equivalent work experience.
