The consultant will also be responsible for developing and executing customized service delivery plans, maintaining regular communication with businesses, and recording all activities in the PA CareerLink system. Additionally, the role includes posting job openings on PA CareerLink and assisting businesses in identifying suitable job candidates. The consultant will also assist in the operations of the PA CareerLink Career Resource Center. This position is ideal for an outgoing, entrepreneurial-minded individual who possesses excellent customer service skills. A sales background is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education. The role requires the consultant to have their own vehicle and be willing to travel to local businesses and related functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software is also required. Furthermore, the position mandates a criminal background check and the ability to acquire necessary clearances before employment.
