About the position

The Business Solutions Analyst II, Organics role involves conducting business process analyses and needs assessments to align business solutions with company strategies. This position requires specialized business knowledge and decision-making skills to influence the adoption of re-engineered processes across Waste Management's business units. The analyst will work under general supervision and engage with various stakeholders to drive project success and achieve business results.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process analyses and needs assessments to align solutions with company strategy.
• Assist with project plans and coordinate resources to accomplish project tasks.
• Perform business processes and systems analysis considering current and future business implications.
• Assist with deliverables, cost, schedule, and quality of enterprise solutions projects.
• Review progress and evaluate results for accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve problems and implement solutions.
• Drive projects toward achieving business results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma/GED with four years of relevant work experience.
• Three years of relevant experience in addition to education requirement.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to lead and influence others.
• Advanced experience in Excel and data manipulation.
• Previous experience with accounting software (e.g., Oracle, One Stream).
• Power BI experience preferred.
