About the position

The Business Solutions Analyst at First International Bank and Trust plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency across various business units, including Recovery Solutions, Cards, Wealth Management, Loan Operations, and Credit Administration. This position involves analyzing current processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and implementing innovative solutions to improve workflows and applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Solution Architect, Business Analysts, Developers, product owners, and business unit stakeholders on product design and implementation of new workflows and solutions.
• Improve processes and increase efficiency by studying current business practices and recommending improvements.
• Work directly with product owners and stakeholders to define requirements for user stories.
• Review and provide recommended program and process improvements in the SDLC process.
• Construct and prepare workflows, charts, reports, and diagrams to analyze processes and create efficiencies.
• Identify, implement, and support solutions using Robotic Process Automation, SharePoint Power Automation, and workflow technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, business administration, or related field; or 1-5 years as an IT business analyst or similar role.
• Familiarity with the Agile SDLC and its ceremonies.
• Familiarity with various types of project management and business analysis software.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira for managing stories and features.
