About the position

As a Business Solutions Consultant at All Copy Products, you will embark on a dynamic career that takes you out of the traditional office environment and into the field, where you will engage with clients directly. In this territory-based sales position, you will be responsible for promoting a diverse portfolio of cutting-edge technology solutions. This includes office technology equipment, interactive boards, managed IT services, VOIP, managed print services, and business supplies. Daily local travel is required as you will be actively prospecting and cold calling new clients, managing existing accounts, and achieving business results on a weekly and monthly basis. You will also introduce new products, offer promotions, and work closely with the customer service team to resolve any client issues. Your role will involve contract negotiation, account documentation, and collaboration with specialists to complete projects while building and leveraging relationships with existing accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Promote all products and solutions to new and current clients through prospecting and cold calling.
  • Manage accounts and achieve expected business results on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Introduce new products, offer promotions, and assist customer service team to resolve customer issues.
  • Contract negotiation and submission, and account documentation.
  • Collaborate with specialists as a liaison to complete projects and continue building and leveraging relationships with existing accounts.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of success working in sales and business development, customer service, account management or a related field that requires prospecting for new business and handling a high level of rejection.
  • A combination of education and/or experience through athletics, internships or work experience that has focused on developing skills in business, competitiveness, and resilience is preferred.
  • Strong desire to work in a customer-focused environment with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Competitive, positive, and goal-driven attitude.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in technology sales or related fields.
