Responsibilities

• Manage the business solutions function across multiple workstreams.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of financial services industry practices, regulations, and processes.
• Define and maintain a business architecture that aligns with product strategy.
• Anticipate and resolve unique and complex problems on large-scale development projects.
• Drive collaboration across FIS business lines to enhance client loyalty.
• Identify areas for increased operational efficiencies and expenditure reduction.
• Matrix manage larger enterprise-wide teams and client engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, or related discipline.
• Eighteen or more years of systems development, solutions implementation, and/or consulting experience.
• Recognized as a subject matter expert (SME) in appropriate product line(s).
• Experience in defining and implementing business solutions for multiple projects in software development and client implementations.
• Five or more years working as a business systems analyst at a senior or specialist level.
