About the position

As a Business Specialist at Apple, you will be responsible for introducing Apple solutions, technology, and services to business customers. This role involves engaging with both first-time and existing customers to understand their needs and generate new leads. You will collaborate with the Business Team to prepare and present tailored proposals, ensuring that customers are informed about the full range of sales support options available to them.

Responsibilities

  • Introduce Apple solutions, technology, and services to business customers.
  • Engage with first-time and current business customers on the sales floor to learn their needs.
  • Generate new leads and build relationships through phone calls and in-store workshops.
  • Discover customer needs through briefings and collaborate with the Business Team to prepare proposals.
  • Work with the Business Team to craft ideal solutions for customers with complex needs.
  • Inform customers about the complete suite of sales support options.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
  • Ability to understand and analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a technology-related field.
