As a member of the Business Support Center Inside Sales Support Team, the BSC Inside Sales Support Specialist will play a crucial role in collaborating with Financial Center Staff and Business Bankers to provide direct support for onboarding, expanding, and retaining retail clients with treasury management services. This position serves as the first point of contact for implementation support, onboarding, and training of clients, ensuring that they receive the necessary assistance to effectively utilize treasury management products and services. The specialist will be responsible for identifying cross-sale opportunities during the onboarding process and providing comprehensive support for all treasury management services, including documentation, implementation, and compliance. In addition to these responsibilities, the specialist will provide project-based support for treasury management clients during product updates and transitions, adhering to all Enterprise Risk Management policies and procedures. It is essential for the specialist to remain current on the products, services, policies, and procedures relevant to the department and treasury management. The role also involves providing initial training to all clients utilizing treasury management products and ongoing training and support to retail and business banking associates. Cross-training on all Business Support Center functionalities will be necessary to provide backup to other areas of the organization as needed. This position requires a service-oriented skill set, with a minimum of 7 years of customer service experience, strong analytical skills, and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Advanced knowledge of First Financial treasury management products and services is also required. The role is designed for remote work, with specific requirements for the home work environment, including a separate workspace free of distractions and safe working conditions. The specialist must maintain availability during designated business hours and may be required to report to the office for training or meetings as needed.
