About the position

The Business Systems Analyst Supervisor 2 for Supply Chain at UCI Health is responsible for overseeing the Supply Chain Management teams, ensuring efficient distribution operations, customer service, inventory control, and the implementation of supply chain applications. This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders and IT teams to design and deliver integrated supply chain solutions, while also managing service delivery and operations of various supply chain systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and ensure effective performance in supply chain operations.
• Manage distribution operations and customer service within the supply chain.
• Resolve problems and escalate issues as necessary.
• Oversee inventory control and management protocols.
• Facilitate the flow of goods, materials, and supplies through the medical center.
• Implement, support, and maintain applications used by Supply Chain and Finance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to design supply chain solutions.
• Provide expertise in ERP/MMIS capabilities and supply chain domain knowledge.
• Collect data and metrics regarding training effectiveness and define system protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of job-related experience in supply chain management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong supply chain functional expertise from procure to pay, item master management, and EDI setup.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and workflows.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
