The position involves consulting subdivision leaders to implement business action plans, including resource planning, program planning, and budgeting of operational support for business demands. The role requires collaboration with IT Managers/Service Owners to prepare business-case justifications and cost-benefit analyses for new service management initiatives and purchases. Additionally, the candidate will report and publish KPIs, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) at regular intervals, prepare and review internal/external statements of work (SOWs) for the procurement of goods and services, and manage high-profile projects to ensure timely completion. The role also includes preparing executive summaries and weekly performance reports to support decision-making for Executive Management, developing and maintaining organizational documentation, and providing insights and recommendations on portfolio adjustments based on changing business needs.
