The SAP Senior Business System Analyst (BSA) plays a crucial role in the success of Adobe's Finance team. This position requires a deep understanding of industry-standard SAP Finance processes, particularly in the context of Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR). The ideal candidate will be adept at working with globally staffed cross-functional teams, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and delivering complex object-oriented engineering solutions across a highly integrated landscape. The scope of work for this role includes solution design, project-centered implementation, feature implementation, enhancements, and ongoing support. Candidates must have full life cycle implementation experience with RAR, as well as integration experience with S/4 BRIM/SD and a solid understanding of business processes. Experience in revenue accounting items, BRF+ rules, and the SSP & GL accounts determination process is essential. The Senior BSA will collaborate closely with Platform Engineers to define functional requirements, review and approve designs, and prepare test scenarios. Conducting system integration testing and regression testing for system enhancements and upgrades is critical to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions within the program landscape. Additionally, the BSA will prepare documentation for business users, assist in running reports, and monitor application logs. This role demands the ability to express complex concepts clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, and to communicate effectively with architects in an open-source environment. Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with architectural, functional, system administrators, and quality assurance team members is vital. The BSA will also be responsible for developing quality code and its associated documentation, adhering to team development standards, and providing SAP support, including analysis, development, testing, tracking, and resolution of issues. Experience with S/4 HANA systems and SAP RAR OCM is preferred.
