About the position

The Business Systems Analyst role is a contract-to-hire position focused on gathering business requirements and providing technical support for clinical and financial applications. The analyst will spend a significant portion of their time collaborating with various teams to ensure that business needs are met while also supporting healthcare systems and projects.

Responsibilities

• Write and refine business requirements to meet organizational needs, spending 60% of the time on this task.
• Collaborate with business units, development teams, and support teams to align requirements.
• Assist team members with project tasks and document processes accurately to keep project details organized.
• Support healthcare systems and projects, dedicating 40% of the time to this responsibility, including server maintenance and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in systems administration or technical support.
• Proven experience in gathering and writing business requirements.
• Proficiency with Active Directory and supporting Windows servers.

Nice-to-haves

• Scripting experience with PowerShell or SQL.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems or HIPAA regulations.
• Experience with ImageNow administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field.
