About the position

The Business Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and transform them into actionable insights. This position involves testing APIs, querying databases, creating mockups, and ensuring the quality of workflows and system performance. The analyst will also be responsible for crafting user stories and managing multiple projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements.
• Test APIs using Postman to ensure seamless integration.
• Query MongoDB databases for data insights.
• Create detailed mockups and wireframes for design concepts.
• Test complex workflows and identify areas for improvement.
• Partner with QA engineers to review and execute automation tests.
• Craft clear user stories with precise acceptance criteria.
• Monitor and analyze system performance using tools like Mezmo, Dynatrace, ADO, and Lens.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with Postman and MongoDB.
• Experience in creating mockups and testing complex workflows.
• Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Hands-on experience with system monitoring tools such as Mezmo, Dynatrace, ADO, and Lens.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
