About the position

The Business System Analyst at INTYK SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED is responsible for analyzing and designing solutions to networking issues, providing technical support, and troubleshooting both hardware and software problems. This role requires a strong background in systems analysis and the ability to gather and document requirements effectively. The analyst will work closely with the Field Operations Services Information Systems team to ensure that business operational needs are met through effective system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, gather, and document requirements.
• Document business as-is/to-be processes and identify problems, gaps, and project objectives.
• Research potential system solutions that would meet business operational needs.
• Create test plans, test cases, and execute testing.
• Record defects and retest bug fixes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related area.
• At least 9 years of experience in systems analysis or a related field.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Demonstrated experience eliciting and documenting system requirements.
• Demonstrated experience performing as-is/to-be process/system analysis.
• Demonstrated experience creating test plans, test cases, and executing testing.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in requirements gathering (8 years preferred).
• Experience in creating test cases (8 years preferred).
