About the position

The Business System Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation, enhancement, and application of systems within the High & Heavy/Equipment Processing Center. This position aims to enable and support stakeholders and leadership while improving and optimizing business processes. The role is available in Carlisle, PA or Parsippany, NJ, and requires candidates to be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, enhancement, and decommissioning of IT assets that support the business.
• Drive system competency development within the High & Heavy/Equipment Processing Center business sectors.
• Collect, consolidate, document, and communicate business and service level requirements between business functions, IT, and external vendors.
• Direct and support internal resources and 3rd party suppliers in delivering systems support, strategy, new technology, and new projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure processes align with the optimal use of IT assets, maintaining data quality within the portfolio.
• Manage, train, develop, and motivate resources within the business.
• Assist with development and enhancements for business sector software.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Business System Analyst, preferably in the Logistics industry.
• Excellent MS Office suite skills, specifically in Excel and Visio.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly adopt and learn new technologies.
• Proven ability in managing systems implementations across business functions and geographies.
• Comfort in interacting with and supporting business stakeholders and directing technical resources.
• Superior organizational, project management, facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of working in Microsoft Dynamics.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.
• Experience in the Shipping and/or Logistics industry.
• Ability to travel locally and domestically.
