The primary focus of this role will be on gathering and documenting business and technical requirements for various core organizational systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Systems Analysis, which will be crucial for effectively bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can lead requirements gathering sessions and work collaboratively across different teams to ensure that all stakeholder needs are met. The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for developing user stories, documenting process flows, and creating other standard documentation that is essential for the successful implementation of systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as this role involves working closely with executives and various levels of the organization in a professional manner. The ability to document business and technical requirements accurately and comprehensively is critical to the success of this position. In addition to the core responsibilities, the candidate should be familiar with tools such as Confluence and Jira, as well as have experience with flowcharts and process documentation.
