About the position

The position involves documenting and identifying gaps in IT and business processes through process mapping to illustrate both current and future states. The role requires a commitment to project management methodologies and encompasses various aspects of the project lifecycle, including requirement definition, process review, and operational streamlining.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze business problems and define the scope of activities required to address the issues.
• Document project needs, analyze/research needs and possible solutions, and gather business requirements.
• Review workflow process mapping and develop business testing strategies.
• Manage project documentation including implementation plans, issues logs, and process maps.
• Assess, research, analyze, and document sponsor/stakeholder needs.
• Support the Project Manager in planning, executing, controlling, and closing phases of projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and internal/external team members.
• Identify issues and escalate/manage resolution as required.
• Coordinate and provide support to the business with process implementation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate's degree preferred, with specialization in Business, Finance, Engineering, Science, or Math desirable.
• 2-4 years of experience in project lifecycle and project management methodologies.
• Experience in Information Technology preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn organizational structure, business strategies, and processes.
• Knowledgeable in business process modeling and process mapping.
• Capable of writing clear and well-structured business requirements documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
