About the position

As a Business Systems Analyst within the Enterprise DevSecOps (EDSO) team at DTCC, you will play a crucial role in supporting the DevSecOps product management team. This position involves managing the product lifecycle from launch to adoption, ensuring that the products meet the needs of users and stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, scrum masters, and engineering teams to enhance the quality and functionality of EDSO products and services. Your responsibilities will include conducting impact analyses, documenting requirements, and facilitating communication among various teams to ensure alignment and clarity in product development. The EDSO Product Management function is dedicated to strategic planning and continuous improvement of tools and processes that advance DevSecOps capabilities. In this role, you will focus on the design, build, maintenance, and support of a new resiliency platform, which is essential for delivering high-quality services to our customers. You will leverage your analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement and work collaboratively with stakeholders to implement solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Your contributions will be vital in promoting understanding of service capabilities, managing demand and roadmap priorities, and producing documentation that supports client engagement. Responsibilities

• Work with the DevSecOps product management team to manage the product lifecycle from launch to adoption.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and their squads within the DSO agile model.
• Assist in the design, build, maintenance, and support of a new resiliency platform.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical skills to design solutions with stakeholders.
• Document requirements for existing EDSO products and services.
• Evaluate impact analysis of changes to EDSO products and services.
• Contribute to improving overall user experience by leveraging understanding of EDSO products and agile practices.
• Coordinate meetings, distribute minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Assist Product Managers in managing demand and roadmap priorities by collecting requirements and feedback.
• Work with engineering teams to define product improvements for the roadmap.
• Assist in publishing the product/service roadmap and producing client-facing collateral.
• Develop and lead metrics reports on resource usage, service trends, and capacity.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of related experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Direct experience with DevSecOps tooling.
• Experience in a financial services environment.
• Experience working in technology-based services.
• Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate with project partners.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
