UKG is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst (BSA) who will play a crucial role in identifying and partnering with internal business units to provide technology solutions tailored to their needs. This position requires a candidate with broad experience in application development, system integration, and data migration. The BSA will conduct requirements gathering sessions, document those requirements for systems projects, and support both the Business and IT teams during Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Strong organizational skills and problem-solving expertise are essential, as the role involves working with both current and emerging technologies while managing team dynamics. A successful candidate will demonstrate team orientation, flexibility, innovative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and self-motivation. In this role, the BSA will participate in large strategic projects and new solutions for various platforms including Oracle ERP, Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations ERP, Zuora Rev Pro, and Thomson Reuters OneSource tax platform. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with corporate stakeholders across Accounting & Finance, analyzing and understanding business requirements, business processes, functional requirements, and system capabilities. The BSA will work closely with stakeholders to prioritize and estimate development resources required for new features, employing various approaches to elicit and document business, functional, and user requirements. The BSA will also analyze and maintain system configurations, collaborate with technical leads and developers on functional and technical requirements, and create deliverables for all aspects of business analysis and functional design for application development, system integration, and data migration initiatives. Managing agile delivery for the assigned IT service area team is a key responsibility, which includes stocking the product backlog with actionable and prioritized agile user stories, managing the team Kanban Board, and facilitating Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospective meetings. The BSA will coordinate the review of D365 Release features, evaluate new capabilities, and work with Product Owners to prioritize features for delivery planning. Additionally, the BSA will support existing third-party application solutions that integrate with Microsoft D365 and assist with production support and enhancements.
