The IT Business Systems Analyst position is a critical role within Trinchero Family Estates, primarily responsible for supporting the Finance, Tax, and Accounting business areas. This position involves managing ongoing requests for application performance, enhancements, configuration, and corrective actions while being engaged in concurrent projects. The analyst will work closely with business stakeholders and IT partners across various teams, including Business Process, Data, Infrastructure, and Project Management, to ensure that the business needs are met effectively and efficiently. In this role, the analyst will identify, define, design, and implement enterprise business information systems, particularly focusing on the FI and CO modules in SAP ECC EHP6. This includes areas such as banking, fixed assets, planning, special purpose ledger, profitability analysis, product costing, cost centers, profit centers, internal orders, and financial/regulatory reporting. A strong understanding of FICO integrations with other SAP modules and SAP reporting tools, such as Report Writer and Query, is essential. Familiarity with BPC, BW/BI, S/4Hana, and TTB Compliance is also desired. The analyst will be responsible for delivering solutions within the SAP FICO functional area, supporting the integration and management of financial and banking data within SAP ECC. This includes meeting with users and management to gather, define, and document business requirements, translating customer needs into actionable business requirements, and ensuring that all requirements are thoroughly defined in collaboration with other business analysts. The role also involves providing impact analysis for enhancement or change requirements, authoring business scope documents, process designs, functional specifications, and system test and training plans. Additionally, the analyst will lead system and business process test planning and execution, ensuring user participation in testing. They will document all requirements with process maps, input and output requirements, and business benefits, while managing assigned change requests and coordinating with business partners to set priorities and completion dates. Production support is also a key aspect of this role, particularly during peak periods, along with monitoring and maintaining interfaces to other systems for efficient processing. The analyst will be expected to drive project activities, maintain project records, and provide high-level documentation and presentations for management approval.
