You will do end-to-end initiative management including strategy engagement to understand needs, requirements writing, results testing, defect management, & enhancement identification. You will coordinate between Fraud Management and IT to successfully deliver technology initiatives against Fraud Management goals. This position understands how organizations function, provide services, and meet their goals. This position facilitates communications between business units to align needs and meet business goals. This position provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that meet user requirements.
