About the position

The Business Systems Analyst at Checkr will focus on leveraging generative AI to enhance Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovative projects, utilizing insights to shape strategies, and ensuring effective communication between technical and business units.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI-based experimentation initiatives to refine GTM strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement visionary greenfield projects.
• Develop detailed project plans and metrics, translating complex insights into actionable recommendations.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, communicating complex ideas accessibly.
• Monitor the progress of experiments, iterating to maximize impact and success.
• Prioritize multiple projects to align with strategic business goals.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in a business systems or analytical role, with a focus on generative AI.
• 3+ years of experience with automation building in Salesforce and integrations (gsheet, zapier, IFTT).
• Proven knowledge of AI applications and foundational models.
• Exposure to common revenue tooling (forecasting, engagement, enrichment, routing, marketing automation).
• Familiarity with GTM processes and metrics, with a passion for AI-driven solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Expertise in translating business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.
• Experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is advantageous.
