About the position

The Business Systems Analyst at Checkr will focus on leveraging generative AI to enhance Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovative experiments, refine processes, and utilize data to shape strategic initiatives. The analyst will act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, ensuring effective communication and implementation of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Drive AI-based experimentation initiatives, uncovering actionable insights that refine our GTM strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to bring visionary greenfield projects to life, balancing creativity with practical implementation.
  • Develop detailed project plans and metrics, translating complex insights into straightforward, actionable recommendations.
  • Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business units, communicating complex ideas in an accessible manner.
  • Monitor the progress of experiments, iterating and adapting to maximize impact and success.
  • Prioritize multiple projects to align with strategic business goals and stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in a business systems or analytical role, yearning to apply generative AI in innovative ways.
  • 3+ years of experience with automation building in Salesforce and point-to-point integrations (gsheet, zapier, IFTT).
  • Proven knowledge of AI application and foundational models.
  • Exposure to common revenue tooling (forecasting, engagement, enrichment, routing, marketing automation).
  • Familiarity with GTM processes and metrics, and a passion for AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment.
  • Expertise in clarifying and translating business requirements into actionable technical deliverables that meet organizational goals.
  • Experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is advantageous.

Nice-to-haves

  • A background in a relevant field is preferred, but a strong passion for leveraging technology to drive efficiency and continuously improve processes is critical.
