In this exciting role as a Business Systems Analyst II, you will serve as the primary business subject-matter expert for the administration processes supported by the claim management application on the Salesforce platform, specifically within Life & Disability Services. As a member of the system support team, you will participate heavily in the claim management application’s monthly maintenance release cycle. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the performance of the claim management application and leading business process reviews with leaders and frontline staff. You will be tasked with monitoring, evaluating, and resolving all items submitted by the claim management application users, triaging as appropriate to IT and/or vendors. Additionally, you will help evaluate and prioritize changes and enhancements to the claim management application to achieve both short and long-term business goals, aligning business needs with system capabilities and workflows. Your role will also involve leading change management activities for system changes, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, and facilitating appropriate training and reinforcement activities. Regular monthly check-ins with users and leaders will be conducted to elicit feedback and identify improvement opportunities, while also monitoring system performance and conducting audits as necessary. You will partner with Shared Services to ensure compliance with SOX, SOC1, and other regulatory control requirements.
