About the position

The IT Business Systems Analyst - II at CF Industries plays a crucial role in supporting the Microsoft M365 environment across various business functions. This position requires a self-starting individual who excels in creative and critical thinking, collaborating with partners to implement positive changes and drive adoption of M365 products. The analyst will be responsible for administration, support, and integration of M365 services, ensuring effective communication and project management throughout the process.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support all M365 products, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, Purview, and Copilot.
  • Manage SharePoint Online, including site creation, permissions management, and content management.
  • Oversee Microsoft Teams, including team creation, channel management, and integration with other Microsoft 365 services.
  • Ensure proper configuration, synchronization, and data security for OneDrive for Business.
  • Administer Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), including app creation and workflow automation.
  • Utilize PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
  • Provide excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting for all M365 desktop, web, and mobile apps.
  • Implement change management strategies to drive adoption of M365 products through training and documentation.
  • Collaborate with IT team members for seamless integration of Microsoft 365 services.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Capture and document business needs to support creative solutions.
  • Deliver functional and technical requirements to development teams.
  • Create and modify data visualizations and reporting to assist decision makers.
  • Contribute to projects in consultation with IT Security, Infrastructure Team, Business Owners, and Vendors.
  • Participate in all project phases, ensuring deliverables meet Project Management methodology standards.
  • Establish and implement processes to meet departmental internal controls requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of related professional work experience preferred.
  • Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., MS-900, MS-700, AZ-900, MS-100 or higher) are a plus.
  • Experience with SharePoint data migrations and document management.
  • Basic business test execution and planning/coordination experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of the business to improve solutions and processes.
